How to get rid of cellulite! 7 Tips and Tricks you need to know!

Babe, first up an important PSA: Cellulite is 100% normal! 9/10 women have it! And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with having it, loving it, or, even wanting to get rid of it! The thing is though, if you aren’t a fan of it, you can actually reduce its appearance, even at home. But let’s just quickly crush some facts. No matter how many magic creams and coffee scrubs you use on the daily or $$$$ you spend at the aesthetic clinic you can’t actually make your dimples disappear forever. It’s an ongoing journey! But hopefully we have something for you a little later on that will make it a whole lot easier!

2. It may be obvious but you need to eat a healthy diet to minimise cellulite. Your diet however isn’t solely responsible for whether or not you have cellulite. Eating healthy definitely will help and not to mention make you feel a whole lot better throughout your busy day! Eating plenty of fibre and whole grain foods is a great idea since they help remove waste and toxins from your intestinal tract. Don’t forget to load up on veggies and the occasional fruit too for vitamins and minerals.

3. Drink plenty of H2O to minimise cellulite – I know, I know, drinking water sounds like such a basic solution, but if you want to minimise the appearance of cellulite, you need plenty of water. Cellulite can appear worse when you are dehydrated as your skin becomes thinner and weaker, showing cellulite more.

4. Exercise regularly to minimise cellulite – Cellulite aside, it’s always a smart idea to incorporate a moderate level of exercise into your lifestyle. Whether you hit the gym a few times a week, just take a yoga class when you can, or switch up your commute by jogging or walking. You also need to keep in mind that cellulite can be genetic. Even if you’re doing your squats and quad exercises every morning!

5. Regular massages may reduce the appearance of cellulite by improving lymphatic drainage. It can also help stretch your skin tissue. This may help stretch out cellulite dimples, too. While not the most effective method of treatment, it has many other benefits too, like relaxation.
